So we went for a bit of a ride today. Productive, though—I got to hear about Iceland.
About 70 km, 4 hours in motion, but from 10 in the morning until 6 in the evening altogether.
There isn't much else to say. Except that firebreak ditches are absolutely terrible for cycling. As are railways :-)
One more thing: it turns out you can swim around Lake Svente from any side. Even though it's surrounded by private property, it isn't private everywhere yet—or else there's no sign, so who cares. Actually, I need to find out what the law says about land near the water, and whether the sign can be ignored.
